Administrative Bodies of D.P.M.S.
Curriculum Committee
The Curriculum Committee (CC) is established by decision of the Senate of the University of the Peloponnese, which has taken over the administrative support of the D.P.M.S. upon recommendation of the Assemblies of the cooperating Departments. The number of members and the composition of the Curriculum Committee are defined in the D.P.M.S. cooperation protocol.
In particular, the Curicullum Committee of the Interdepartmental Master's Program entitled "Management and Technologies in Cultural Heritage" has five members. The distribution of members per cooperating Department is as follows:
– Two (2) faculty members of the Department of History, Archeology and Cultural Property Management.
– One (1) faculty member of the Department of Information Technology and Telecommunications.
– One (1) faculty member of the Department of Administrative Science and Technology.
– One (1) faculty member of the Department of Digital Systems.
E.P.S. is responsible for the organization, administration and management of the D.P.M.S. and has the following responsibilities:
a) It is recommended to the Senate through the E.M.S. the necessity of amending its establishment decision

b) sets up committees to evaluate the applications of the candidate postgraduate students and
approves their registration in the D.P.M.S.,
c) entrusts the teaching work to the teachers of the D.P.M.S.
d) sets up examination committees for the examination of postgraduate students' theses and designates the supervisor for each thesis,
e) verifies the successful completion of the studies, in order to be awarded the title of D.P.M.S.,
f) approves the report of the D.P.M.S., following the recommendation of the S.E.,
i) exercises any other authority provided by the provisions of the law. 4957/2022 (A' 141).

Coordinating Committee
By decision of the Curicculum Committee a Coordinating Comittee is formed, with a two-year term, in which the Director of the I.P.P.D. must participate and four (4) of the members of the Curicullum Committee.
Inthe Coordinating Committee Emeritus Professors of the Department or collaborating Departments may participate, as long as they provide teaching work at Curriculum Committee.
The Coordinating Committee is responsible for monitoring and coordinating the operation of the program and in particular:
a) Draws up the initial annual budget of the D.P.M.S. and its amendments, since the D.P.M.S. has resources according to article 84 of the 4957/2022 and recommends its approval to the Research Committee of the ELKE, excluding the quarterly reforms of the annual budgets of approx. b) of par. .3 of article 239 of the law. 4957/2022,
b) draws up the report of the program and recommends its approval to the Curriculum Committee,
c) approves the expenditure of the I.P.P.D., and may transfer this authority to the Director of the P.M.S.,
d) approves the granting of scholarships, remunerative or non-remunerative, in accordance with what is defined in the founding decision of the I.P.P.D. and the Regulations for postgraduate and doctoral studies,
e) recommends to the Curriculum Committee the distribution of the teaching work, as well as the assignment of teaching work to the categories of teachers of article 83, of the law. 4957/2022,
f) recommends to the Curriculum Committee the invitation of Visiting Professors to cover the teaching needs of the I.P.P.D.,
g) draws up a plan for the amendment of the curriculum, which he submits to the Curriculum Committe
h) recommends to the Curriculum Committee the redistribution of courses between academic semesters, as well as issues related to the quality upgrade of the curriculum.
